The suite here was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, a stocked minibar, a sofa bed, and central heating, located right next to the Gronergrat bahn station and ski lift as well as being close to the town center.

The room was lovely and amazing with the views to the matterhorn and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the hotel was near the centre of the town, the town centre in Zermatt and total nature in short time. The breakfasts were satisfactory and the service was exceptional!

Great hotel and staff. Most rooms do have a nice view of the Matterhorn, but only from outside on the balcony.
A bit suprised that they did not have lunch/dinner service. Breakfast was good. They did recommend an excellent restaurant across the street.

The rooms here are really nice and modern. 🛋️ The location is spot on, right in front of the ski lift! It's also super close to the Sunnega bahn station and all sorts of fun things to do and see.

Hotel very convenient to access Gornergrat and Sunnegga to go to the ski slopes, and very close (5 minutes walk) to the main streets of Zermatt.
No minibar and no bootle of water in the room. TV rather small.

It's perfect if can have more selection for the breakfast, e.g. boiled egg, tarts.

It's an exceptionally clean hotel in a classic style building located in a very attractive area. The staff at the hotel is attentive and really helpful. I'm glad I chose the twin room; it was well-appointed and absolutely perfect. Stay at Hotel Zermama in Zermatt and enjoy your trip.
